Im high in testosterone levels right now, i havent masturbated or watched porn in a long time, however, i still can dream... my imagination is bad, i wish i didnt have to much imagination, wen i dream i have lucid dreams and really realistic, they are sexual, i have not yet had any wet dreams due to the fact that i imediatelly notice whats happening in the dream and refuse to do anithing even if its a dream, i feel like i would be doing something wrong if i orgasmd with a dream wich is why i havent till now, my dreams are lucid and realistic ... for example, i had a dream last nigh where i was sitting in a char with a computer and watching porn, yes real raw porn, i have never in my real life seen the video, it some how generated with my bad imagination, and it was really realistic, does it count as a PMO relapse if its a dream(not any kind of dream, a lucid really realistic one where you can even think and reason what your doing)? i feelt the urge in my entire body, and it always happens to me that wen i have an urge in my body my consious mind tells me what is going on, and i realize what is going on, stopping imidiatelly any ways in falling into a possible orgasm

  2. The way I see it, a relapse is when one INTENTIONALLY chooses to go back to old behavior that they are trying to avoid. Normally in a dream we are not in control, so it would not be relapse. But since you are lucid dreaming and are in full control then yes, I would count it as a relapse. So if I were you I would just treat it as real life when awake. If you intentionally go seek porn to watch in a dream then you relapsed to porn, even if you did not O. You are still intentionally watching porn, reset. If you do MO in a dream you did relapse on MO (if your goal is to avoid ONLY porn then that is not a problem). And if you made a hot imaginary chick to appear and then had sex with it, then you relapsed to sex (if you are only avoiding PMO or MO then this is not a problem either). So it also depends from what are your goals. So depends from your type of reboot.

Also, note how much control you have over lucid dreams. Is it full or only partly? For example sometimes I would find myself lucid in a dream watching porn yet trying to look away but not being able to. Just the same way as sometimes I would find myself lucid in a dream and able to fly, but sometimes not. Sometimes I would see it as a movie that plays out on itself but I only have realization and not control. So there are levels to this.

But yea, that's how I feel about it. Basically just look for CONTROL. Do and how much you have it. If it's equal to awake life then threat it equally when it comes to the rules. That's how I would do it anyways. Because the key word for me is INTENTIONAL, basing on how much I am in CONTROL. But remember, you set your own rules and your own goals. So you might choose to do it differently. Whatever you do what's the most important is to draw clear boundaries and stick to them. Gray area is dangerous.

My dreams are sometimes non sexual ones, like going on a nice field trip or having a nice day in a park wich i enjoy a lot but sometimes, wen im in my calmest state out of nowere, a girl passes or some sort of temptational form ocurs and the dream emideatelly transforms into a sexual dream, in the very moment the dream forms into an intence one where it goes gradually increasing in sexual content and seduction i get an intence urge that i can feel al over my body and in that very moment were i feel the urge i fall into lucid dreaming because i have ben really strict about PMO till now and reject anithing that can possibly make me fall, so wen the dream forms a sexual scene i reject it consiouslly knowing what is happening in that very moment were i reject every thing and get anxious and nervous to a point were i sometimes wake up

I had another dream last night, it was really weird, i woke up in another dream, the only thing i can say is that it wasnt lucid at all this time, i consider it very close to a wet dream, i totally feel for the "joke" tough because in my dream i think i relapsed then i woke up to another dream and was so sad in my dream, i remember in my dream thinking why cant it be a dream then all of a suden i wake up for real, i was so relieved it was a dream, it felt like a second chance it was very weird.

As far as I'm concerned you cannot control a dream.

Had a dream/nightmare this morning right before I woke up. I relapsed in the dream. In the dream, I knew I didn't want to do it and I knew I shouldn't, like sticking my hand in fire but I went ahead and did it, it was to very filthy gross porn as well of some nasty chick. In my dream, I was like " aw fuck I sure wish this was a dream", but I knew it was real and no fucking dream, no chance of that. Then I woke up and realized I was dreaming, lol.

I checked for semen but didn't even have an erection. No sensation in the groin during the dream, but I still felt guilty because of how I gave in, in the dream.

Funny I read a post that someone else said they had a dream they relapsed and I laughed about it, and the same thing happens to me when I next go to sleep.

The dream followed the same pattern I go through on a relapse just in fast forward. I went and looked at porn/porn sub, and then forced myself to wank despite feeling like I don't want to.
