I mean, people have sex all the time. Some once a week, some every day.
Is it a natural urge to have ejaculations?

The thing I know is that I get really exhaused and weak when I pull my dingdong everyday for a week and have to work full days. I don't think it is natural to masturbate every few days for years. It really resembles an addiction.
And with the world we live in this day, addictions are what control people. You're weak so people can take adventage from you. Just saying yes is easier than saying no and begin an argument.
 
Of course it is natural and normal to have urged to fap nothing wrong with it. But you have to learn to control them and not the other way around

M could be good but only if you learn to control it. It is good in a controllable way and after you reboot which means sustaining from it completely for quite some time. If you keep it under control after you successfully rebooted say one a week then you will be okay

Don't confuse sex with M it is not the same. Having a healthy sexual life is a good thing and there is nothing wrong with that but by not having one and M that is bad for you. I'm not saying go have as much sex as possible far from it. All I am saying is that when you don't have a sex life (or the sex life you have is not enough for you) then you can M to calm your urges I repeat after you rebooted and after you learn to keep it under control

All of us here M in a way that damaged our brains (with P) and we got addicted to it so we could not stop. It is like a painkiller if you take a small dose and not too much then it can ease the pain but if you take too much and too often then you become addicted to them so you are damaging your body

So when you successfully rebooted and learned to control it then you can M without P for let's day once a week or so. But you need to be careful because it can take control over you again and that is why most people don't choose it after the reboot is complete
 
I have a different opinion from @w95chris . While I think the desire to have sex is natural, I don't think it's natural to masturbate. I think our sexual organs were meant for just that - having sex. I think masturbation is kind of like a cheat code to get the pleasure of sex without the effort. The way we're supposed to satiate those natural urges is with sex. There are some advantages to masturbation, however: you can't get a woman pregnant by masturbating and you can't get STD's. So, it's not all bad. It's got it's advantages. I think really whether masturbation is natural is a matter of opinion and the decision about whether or not to masturbate is about as personal as it gets. It's up to you, dude! =)

The desire to have sex is natural i agree to that too @jarvyjarvison but sometimes we confuse sex with masturbation.Well it is not the same.Of course having a sexual life is better than masturbating no doubt in that but sometimes when you don't and you have some urges you feel the need to get rid of them by masturbating and to me it is ok as long as it is under control.But the thing is we all have different views and there is no right or wrong here (well wrong is if you masturbate too much especially with porn).Each brain is different and so if for example my brain can not be damaged by masturbating once in a while after i rebooted your brain on the other hand can.So clearly up to you @Bartho1omeus because each and every one of here might have different opinions and to some most agree to other not so much
 
I agree with w95chris, masturbation is like a shortcut for dopamine. To much and you need to pmo more just to get that same ammount released. I think the addiction proces is somewhat similar to heroine or cocaine depending on how you see this for yourself. The 'nudge' to pmo is definitely an addictional symptom, I'm sure of that.
To refrain from PMO you're downgrading the dopamine release of your body, so eventually 'coming clean'.
Believe me you don't want to pmo 7 days a week/ 365 days a year. Your body simply get's exhausted. You don't want to do that to yourselves.
I'm pmo free for the fourth day now and when I woke up this morning I felt overloading with energy. A great feeling that you really don't want to lose. You are aware of this or not but your body needs this energy everyday so bad that if you don't have it your body eventually becomes using itself as a energy source.

You know, in Tibetan/ Chinese tradition it's also called your life force or chi. It's very sacred in this religion and if you retain from pmo after a week you'll understand why.
