Is it ok if I lose my virginity with my girlfriend while on nofap?

    I recently started my first relationship, yay! But I also during the same time decide to start nofap as the porn I used to watch daily caused many problems. i have told my gf that I will prepare myself for her and want to be the best I can for her (healthy mentally and physically).

    There is a problem, we often send nudes to each other as my country is still in lockdown. As I am in nofap should I stop with the nudes and is it ok to have sex if I abstaining from porn and masturbation?

    TLDR; I have a gf and want to lose my virginity, but I am in nofap

    It's up to you. Nofap is mainly only about avoiding porn and masturbating, however some people avoid sex too. If you want to have sex, go ahead. If you don't, then don't.
