    Today I lost my mind. And I looked into few pics I was almost aroused. But i did not mastrubate. Is it relapse ?

    Did you deliberately searched for those pics or not, that is the question! If yes, then its edging.. if you were aware & closed the browser then I think its not a relapse.. But beware of this trap, it may lead to relapse & binging..

    As long as you weren't edging, I think it is fine but still
    It will lead to relapse
    Always try to think different thoughts and try to get up out of the house to get some air

    You are the judge of your own reboot. Be honest to yourself if you feel like you have relapsed then reset the counter.
