    Hey guys i've currently been on no PMO for like 66 days... But just now i looked at a photo... I actually searched for it, but i took a glimpse with my eye & once i realized what im doing i closed the tab(i still saw it). Is that considered a relapse?

    Im not planning to. But why isnt it making me feel that guilty... I feel ashamed and actually afraid... I dont want to restart a 2 nonths process
