Does urge appear when you have energy that isn't necessary for body to keep itself function? If I am wrong please explain. Is urge related to energy?
100% Urges are a blessing, perfect time to work all night long in a project, writing a book, running a business, selling more, making more money, hitting the gym, building muscles
yes they are good. Any kind of urge inside you is not wrong. It means you are alive. Whether its about love, partner, buying a car, or your favorite watch. Urges are good. But we need to identify the good ones and feed those and starve the bad ones. Someone has said. Never let go the feeling of wanting more. But channelize that energy to something positive.
