    Hey,fapstronauts Sameer here.
    it is really nice to see people giving up masturbation practices
    and by my heart I want to salute all those people who have given up these practices.
    I hope and pray to THE ALMIGHTY that we all strugglers would end up these practices soon...
    and
    Achievers, It would really be wonderful to be friends with you.
    I was listening to TEDx talks on youtube and found many people telling about the harms of watching porn and masturbation.
    but what i know but can't stop doing it.

    there was a person in the TED event telling about NoFap. So, i am here hoping that I along with you all will give up..

    it is my burning desire to give up these unholy practices
    With a hope in my heart I am starting my journey under the guidance of you all achievers ,senior fapstronauts and that ULTIMATE GOD
