• They are a part of you, and if you kill your demons, your angels may die too
• The stronger you are, the weaker they get - all it takes is awareness, all it takes is ownership
• Live on your terms - not on theirs
• See them, watch them, confront them and control them
• Recognise the darkness to see the beauty
• Struggle is education
• Technique is king
• Keep moving
• Know when you have to tap out
• Working out prevents future injuries
• Rehearsals are critical
• One third prep, one third planning and one third rehearsal
• Internally you have to hold the line
• There are areas where I cannot compromise. Not now, not ever
