What's up with this thread captain?

 

Completing day11 in few hours...UpTo now it wast easy....worst not yet started for me.....afraid of that...bye.

 

This morning I experienced heavy sexual dreams.
Im surprised for 2 things:
1. I didnt have any dreams for years.
2. I stayed dry

Ps.: Im afraid about the next night..

 

It's the morning of day 10 and it didn't go well initially. I slept in almost an hour late and I had to skip exercising this morning so I could get to work on time. I was feeling really depressed and down because of that and for a brief moment before I showered, I had the temptation to relapse so that I could escape the negative feelings. It wasn't a sexual urge, it was more of an urge to want to end the suffering quickly and have a quick fix. Luckily, I came to my senses and moved on. It's better now that I am at work but day 10 and onward is usually when things get tough for me and so far it's starting to show itself. I've just got to stay really strong, because the real battle will begin from here on out.

 

Okay okay, I'm in!! I'm on day 10 and I'm pretty confident that I can beat your asses. Count me in Captain

Day 11 here. Day 10 went pretty well as usual. This morning was another off morning so the temptation was there but I didn't succumb. I'm just super glad it's the weekend after work today, a 3 day weekend because of labor day. I've already got something planned with friends on Saturday so I'm pretty excited.

 

I'm on day 11 as well. My weekend is full of activities and I won't be home till Sunday. It's pretty much impossible to reset. So see you on Sunday

I made it 90 days (97 days today) no PMO. I'm going to continue. Stick with it, it gets easier after 45 days. Now I don't have much urge to PMO.
