day 12 a success. I hung out with friends most of the day and watched my niece and nephew the remaining part of the day. It was a lot of fun and was a saturday I'll definitely remember.

Day 1 finished. I know my counter says different but I only count to days that are hard, because those are the one that count.

So I am back guys. After getting fully fixed by my doctor . Currently recovering from the surgery and ready to take up this challenge once again. Remember to never ever give up.

 

I'm in too! Fresh start, had a very bad week.

 

Day 2 successful

 

Day 13 a success for me. It's been a really good sunday and tomorrow is labor day and I get to do lots of fun things... I'm so excited, but I know that I can't slack off with anything since this is the point where I might get so proud of myself that I relapse. Gotta keep fighting that fight as strong as I did at day 1.

 

Day 5 going successfully!!

 

Day 4 complete, starting day 5 off this morning by going for a run with my wife. Feel like I am starting to fall into s flatline. Loving life! Let's move forward guys this can be done!
