My first full 24 hours. Not feeling much different at the moment but going strong!

Day 1/30 passed

 

Day 14, 27/90 since last relapse.

21 Days Sober and feeling great about it.

Day 15 of January, 28/90 days since last relapse

 

22 Days today. I was a little tempted last night, but kept my goals in mind.

Day 1 May the journey begin

 

January day 17, 30/90 days since last relapse. No high spikes of urge over the past 30 days. I actually flatlined

I would like to participate in this challenge. My goal is to quit mastrubating and watching porn. I want to take control of my life. I'm a student and I've been addicted to porn from the past one year. I want to quit porn and masturbating completely and eliminate this habits permanently from my life
