Last Night I was relapsed after 27 long long days

27 days? That is amazing! Don’t give up. You can do it again.

 

You can either start again or go bingeing.

Tried meditation? Journalling? And how about exercise?

 

Try to get started again immediately. Sometimes there is a temptation to allow yourself some time with porn seeing as a streak has come to an end. As I say, try to get straight back into a new streak.

 

I can identify with this. Once i give in, i know i will be porning around for a while. In my mind i cant have a proper streak if i don't fap myself out beforehand and i've gone all the way. I almost have to hate myself to start another streak. It never has to come to that.

 

I am on day 17 of nofap journey, Lets make this moment reach all of our teens especially boys.
