Limiting my phone use

    The phone is the tool i use for P, I'm going to try to cut down on it. When I get home I'm plugin it and only unplugging it to specifically talk to someone or leaving my house. My most resent relapse (which just happened) was trigger by instagram and a screenshot of porn in the browse tap. I edged and accidentally relapse. Not doing that again, live and learn I guess. So now i'm only going on instagram to post pictures, not just because i'm bored. Reset back to day 0. Damn, I was only on day six too, I can do better then that. Wish me luck.

    Best of luck! The phone was a big issue for me also. I removed any apps that were a problem for me along the way. I know a lot of people who got rid of their smart phones to keep from relapsing. You may consider that just for a few months to get some momentum if necessary. It is a big sacrifice and seems impossible...but it's not. And the reward would make it more than worth it. Keep fighting ;)

    Just hit the gym. Chest and shoulders, I feel ALOTA better now. I downloaded an app named " don't brake the chain", It looks pretty good so maybe that will help :)

    Going on instagram has been a HUGE issue for me. Especially since a lot of my livelihood / income is dependent on that type of social media. When you're bored do something more productive like read, work out, etc...
