Male Predators vs Female Predators

They have easy access to kids without the internet and are harder to prosecute

 

women don't usually escalate to extreme porn. They mostly orgasm by fantasizing (I believe?) and on the other hand, males who masturbate mostly rely on porn.

 

Just to add on, what do you mean by baiting? I'm not familiar with discord but why can't you report them if you think they are a pedophile?

 

Please be cautious about throwing out statistics as estimations. This is your opinion, not reality. I would venture to guess there are far more female predators than 5%.

Part of the problem is that society continues to not view female predators as predators, because they view males as so horny and sex-crazed that they should just be happy to accept any sexual attention from a woman, even if it's predatory and unwanted.

I posted a thread about this very thing recently, the double standard with female abusers. And I was surprised to see even many people here having the mindset that young boys who have been raped by their female teachers should be happy about it, because "man, i would have loved that as a kid!"

Stupid people like that don't understand the life-long psychological damage that does to a boy, even if he enjoyed it at the time. So because they don't understand that and don't know what the hell they're talking about, they perpetuate those lies.

The media doesn't help either. They report female teachers as "having sex" with underage students. Uh, that's called rape, Mr. Headline Creator.

There are tons of female predators out there. They might have different ways of showing their predatory behavior and using more emotional and mental manipulation rather than physical force, but that doesn't make them any less of a predator.

I really just disagree with your entire premise, here, that males are predators so much more often than females. I don't think the gap is nearly as large as you think it is.

 

Eh. I can't speak for all women, but I don't think the escalation effect on the brain are any different with males vs females. Anyone who watches porn is eventually going to get desensitized and gradually escalate to worse and worse stuff. That's just how sin, in general, tends to work. It's not gender specific.

 

Definitely! Which is one of the major reasons why I really don't like people perpetuating this false narrative that women aren't likely to be predators. It's completely untrue, and it lets parents' guards down. They are more trusting of women, and that's really unwise, because any woman could be a predator just as any man could.

In fact, it's definitely been shown often that the predators know about this double standard and use it to their advantage. I can't tell you how many cases I've heard of kidnapping or sex trafficking where the perpetrators use a woman as bait, to get the victim involved, and then the man comes along later. Because they KNOW that people have this mindset that women are trustworthy. So we really need to stop feeding into that lie and telling people women are likely to be trustworthy while men aren't. It's really not true. Anyone is capable of being a terrible person.

 

Very true about women and double standard in punishment of crime we see alot in the news , If a women teacher has sex with a student she will get fired maybe some probation and absolutly no jail time what so ever .If a Male teacher has sex with a student he is looking at a couple years in PRISON and register as a lifetime sex offender . Its sad but true 2 people commit the same crime are punished diffrently

Um... no, it's not hypocritical at all, because I clearly stated that my opinion was a guess and just an opinion. You said that 95% of predators are male. There is absolutely no way that's a proven fact. It's a guess. All I'm saying is to keep in mind that that's just a guess, not an actual statistic.

If I'm wrong and that's an actual statistic, please feel free to post what study you got that statistic from.

But it's not though. I'm not doubting that there are probably more male predators than female, but there are also plenty of factors that skew those numbers. So honestly even if you did post a study, I wouldn't trust it to not be biased when we have media outlets saying "female teacher has sex with male student." Would that study include that woman as a predator? Probably not, but it should.

I'm not being hypocritical here, man. I'm sorry you see it that way. I thought I explained it pretty clearly, so I'm not sure what else to say if you want to deny the nuance here.

Lots of female predators on game of sultans. I think they come out more if your married with children honestly. Or wealthy. Or ridiculously attractive. You heard it here first folks.

 

Speaking from personal experience, I believe society has normalized female predators and boys who were subjected to this always assumed they liked it. A disgusting norm if you ask me.

I remember years ago, while I was on the bus with my friends we were all talking about how we lost our virginity and one of my closest friends told me that he lost his virginity to his baby sitter while he was 14 and she was around 19.. I immediately told him that he was raped, and his response was “nah I enjoyed that” then everyone laughed.. what’s even more mind boggling was that I found out later that his mom knew about that situation too
