Mandalorian Challenge 100 Days + [OPEN]

Day 4 checking in.

 

Day 4 checking in. This is the way. There was this one time I asked out a girl fairly publicly and got rejected. I got very mad after this for a little while. I asked one of friends one day if we could talk because I wasn't doing well. I think that he gave me some pretty good advice. Don't lose hope, you aren't an incel yet lol. But really don't lose hope, stay positive and remember to smile and walk this path voluntarily. It's hard but very helpful.

 

Day 0
I can't peek. Can't test. Can't see boobs at all, even if it's only for a glimpse over and over again (which is what happens when I'm testing/adding to blocklist). NO PEEKING OR I GO ALL THE WAY. So yeah, that's where I'm at. I keep telling myself "just a bit and that's all I need, then I'll stop", and of course I almost never stop.

Aaaaand with all my button mashing, I accidentally "Liked" a porn post, then didn't even realise. A lady I've had an on-and-off relationship with over the last year saw it and told me (we're quite close, but I hadn't told her about my porn struggle). So that was a fun talk. And the social media platform had glitched so my like seemed to be stuck, and I'm still not sure if it's fixed or not.

I actually feel more motivated now though. I mean, maybe that's obvious that I would be, after being "found out" by someone. But nonetheless, it's a big kick up the bum to take it more seriously, not to peek at all, but instead to ignore my brain's lies about "just one look and I'll be fine, I'll be able to walk away". No. I need to be proactive about this. And I will be.

When I'm tempted, I will literally put the phone down, take deep breaths and count to ten.

 

Day 18.

 

Life can be like that, something kicks you in rear and you really start trying. I happy you are choosing to continue to stop. I am continuing my choice as well. Day 8 checking. This is the way.

Feeling positive. I had a productive day, and instead of listening to crypto podcasts / videos when I was driving like I usually would, I listened to helpful personal growth talks, like "How to break the addiction to negative thoughts and emotions" on YouTube.

Day 12 checking in. This is the way. Spirited Potential. I was feeling the temptation but I am going to go through my relapse plan.

 

Glad to hear you were able to keep going! I have had a few days myself that I just had to white-knuckle my way through and I'm so glad I kept going when I didn't feel like it! I hope most of the days are easier, but I'm proud of your work. Keep it up.
