Hello I am new here, I wanted to join this page a long time ago, but didnt have a courage to do so...

My problem is, that I was a porn addict for a 10+ years...then I found a girlfriend and I stopped watching it...
- Now from time to time I masturbate when I´m drunk, and we have this rule, that sexual things, we will do together and no masturbation etc.
- But it happens from time to time and it looks like near end of our relationship a most important she is losing hope and trust for / in me...

I dont know what to do with it...

How many drinks to get you drunk? Is this binge drinking? Does she know about your porn addiction? Inhibition are lowered when drinking.
 
I stopped drinking and doing drugs in December. You should consider quitting as well. It feels good to have a sober mind.
 
Sounds like there is a part of you that wants to have sexual fulfillment outside of the relationship with your girlfriend

only advice I can give is to “hold out” until you can have sex again

also, when you ejaculate, you lose energy.. might as well not lose energy from masturbation and save it for the real thing

also, just don’t drink alcohol anymore or only drink when you and your girlfriend know you will be having sex
