    Hello guys,this is my 63th day of fapstinence,but today i found my self masturbated in my sleep,the whole session last may be 5seconds but led to ejaculation,
    Amazingly,the event is completely P free,i.e only M.is it a relapse or reset,?or have not affected my reboot?

    What does self masturbation mean? Do you mean wet dreams? or did you unconsciously masturbated?
    If its a wet dream follow these tips to avoid it (And you need not reset the counter):
    Drink less water before you sleep
    empty your bladder
    don't use AC or reduce the speed of fan
    Avoid sexual thoughts before you sleep (also having sexual thoughts during the day might lead)

    P.S: Don't be scared even if you get wet dreams twice in a single night, Its perfectly normal (Cos I too had once and its freaking scary)

    Sounds normal. [​IMG] Take care, though, it can be a trigger. I sometimes have wet dreams about porn, and the day following one of those is usually quite tough... [​IMG]
