I wanted to share with a few potent teachneques I use to cope with life challanges, keep away depression and other psychological problems. I use a meditation called Isha Kriya (cant post link yet...can find on youtube) As well as a few 5 min teacheques... need to go to isha sadhguru org go to yoga--->beginners programs--->5 min practices--->chose a practice. Has been a while since the last time I was anxious or stressed out...I hope this helps.
I'm going to have to look that one up. I'm only a yearling student in meditation, and even then my techniques are non-honed and different than most. Thanks for posting your ideas
