So today is Day #8 on my NoFap journey, which is also the longest I've ever went without MOing! Words can't describe how proud and how thankful I am! This first week was kinda tough but I was tougher and I came out on top! I hope this is an encouragement for somebody. Think about how you feel right now, going through NoFap, the confidence, the clarity, and all of the other good benefits! I wouldn't trade these benefits for half a minute of pleasure without a fight. Keep it up guys, you can do this!
You can do it bro! If you were anything like me keep your hands out of your pants. That was my biggest problem I couldn't stop touching myself.
