Hello my fellow beautiful people. It’s been quite a while since I’ve posted a forum. Throughout my absence I have failed time and time again. Including the most recent failure which happened 20 minutes ago I believe. This is not to dwell on my failures though. This is to provide help and feedback to those who are struggling the same as me.

Reminder:Before I give you my guide I want you to realize something. You can have the motivation and desire to do something but if you don’t have the discipline you’ll never succeed. Motivation can only fuel for so much until it crashes.

    1. Detach from Social Media/Meditate.
I’m not saying delete all your social media. Just limit your use of it. Social media could be the new porn hub at times. You scroll in your feed and get some random cute chick and you suddenly get an urge it’s unnecessary. Social media isn’t the best for you mentally either. If you often compare yourself it puts you in a hell hole.

Meditate people say that they will try it but never actually do. If you truly want to become better and more in tune with yourself meditate for 5 minutes daily and slowly progress.

    2. Workout/Find a hobby
Doing NoFap & semen retention you can build up tons of energy and if you don’t find an outlet for it, you will feel like crap. Not only will you improve yourself but you will be distracting yourself.

    3. Cut of all addictions
If you’re on NoFap that’s great! If you have any other addictions you should be working on those things as well. Whether that would be smoking, vaping, etc.
    .

TO DO: Semen Retention, Cold Showers, Daily Manifestations, only drink water, daily workout, eat high vibration food, talk/vent to yourself, meditate every night, get more active outside

AVOID: junk food, addictions, social media, people you don’t get motivation from, getting on your phone first thing in the morning.

Quick note. Don’t over work yourself. Start building healthier habits but don’t try to rush everything into one day. Rome wasn’t built in a day either. Take things one at a time and soon you will find success.

Don’t worry I’m in the same issue here but the answer is quite simple. Eat fruits instead of junk food. No chamoy, tajin, or anything. Just the fruit. Eat a healthy meal of eggs and ham in the morning. Some chicken and steamed rice for lunch with veggies. As long as you aren’t consuming heavily processed foods, junk foods, anything that is unhealthy. You’re fine.

  7. They are. After eating from them, you get a craving for sex.
