    One of my triggers are looking at cute girls on the internet, not necessarily P*** actresses but movie actresses. How do I stop this? normally I do this after I watch a film/TV show with a good looking actress in it however limiting the amount of TV I watch may not be enough.


    P.S is there anyway you can you see the streak your on excluding finding your streak on a message you posted.

    I have done the same frequently Mace. You have to be honest with yourself my friend. You must recognise your googling of famous actresses for what it is.
    You are seeking out masturbatory fodder! I would advise you to be mindful of your online activity. Ask yourself why you are entering a certain name in to the search engine. Be unsparingly truthful. Going by my own bitter experience you will find your true intentions. Which is to con yourself into 'accidentally' finding triggers for PMO.

    This may sound like shit advice but just STOP IT!

    At some point you need to take responsibility for you actions. Yes you are an addict and are suffering but you can't let that defeat you every time.

    You know what you are doing is hurting you so take action. If TV and movies and your trigger don't watch TV or movies. It's that simple.
