    Well, this can enlight the brain's capacity to heal from an addiction, but in this case (drug addiction) the brain is really "damaged" by the drug. In our case (pmo addiction) the healing should hopefully be faster.

    depends on years of use & intensity. At times it is worse than meth & cocaine

    yes, reward circuitry will repair itself after long abstinence along with other healthy habits : good food, deep sleep, fasting, avoiding semen loss by any means including sex, meditation & having social connections.
