My 2nd relapse in 32 days

Its been 32 days since i started nofap, 1st relapse was after 2 weeks i M without P then i decided i will try my level best to not do it again but last night i MO without P again but i tried not to even visualize and do it like mindful M , well i know that my streak was going really good and i have to start it all over again but honestly i don't feel bad and the reason for that is that both times i did it without watching P, i am happy that at least i was able to not watch P while M which was impossible a month ago, P just doesn't exite me anymore, so basically i think that i have already succeeded 50%, from PMO everyday to just MO twice in a month is a big milestone for me, now i just have to quit M, wish me luck
