My addiction

    Hi all, my addiction is porn. That's what I realised, I am 26y old single guy, I finished university already quite long time ago and now I'm working in office. Life is going pretty ok, but that's all I can say.

    I have dreams and goals but all of them were postponed of this addiction and I didn't even realise and now just sitting here middle of the night and looking at my self from outside. I never had anything like this before or any other addiction.

    I'm not so sure what is the best way to quit and control it, it may be not possible to never watch it again, but I promise my self from now on I will control it and if I will read about porn addiction I will only read positive things, results to push my self. I can only be fair with my self, if anyone read this thank you very much.

    My final tip is the most simple, yet efficient. Be active in NoFap and help others. By helping others, you help yourself. Be attached to this support community, it makes it all much easier. Alcoholics anonymous works. NoFap (the porn equivalent) also works.
