hi everybody it's my first day here. i'm 28 years old i started watching porn about 10 years ago. i knew it's not good because i remark that i lost my self estimate and confidence. i tried to stop many times but every time i fall in my 20 ,30 or 40 journey. i can't resist my brain, i can't cotrol my self. my last experience was dated for 9 or 8 days when i broke my Marathon of 35 days, i said there was no probleme in searching and looking for some nude girls pictures but after few moments i found my self masturbate i couldn't control it. i know the war is hard i have to do more effort, i hope benefit from your experience and enjoy my life again.
untill now rarely when i can start conversation with a girl i felt the emotion like i'm not good, i can't got her interest.... i want change that.
