My first 30 days Challenge looking for people to check in with me - I can't do this alone

    I've also made it three days, but this day was much harder than the first two. I saw a trigger and I should have looked away instantly but I couldn't. I let the urge grow on me a bit(I looked at some pictures) but I snapped out of it and I didn't relapse. I should discipline myself to deal with urges and triggers better.

    True ! I want to get to a point where I would not count any days. Not fapping for the rest of my life. I hate how they teach us it is 'normal' when we are young.

    Omg. It was so fuckin hard. I edged. The urge was so bad I was going crazy. But I said no. This is not an option. I took an ice cold shower. Feeling much better now.

    You got this! I find it beneficial to get out of the house as soon as I feel an urge. I get in my car and drive to my favorite store for example or go meet up with my fiancé or friend. Isolation is the enemy. Boredom is the enemy. Keep yourself around people. Here goes day 4.

    This is a really positive thread - keep up the fight peeps!

    I reckon that identifying and fighting triggers is one of the most important skills to gain - if you can avoid it becoming a strong urge then all the better. Something to try (if you don't already) is to counter a trigger when you notice it with a list of all the reasons why it is bad and what is a better alternative behaviour - to help you reinforce and remember all the reasons you aren't going PMO any more.

    I found a great resource on dealing with triggers. Hope it helps!

    Fuck. I relapsed. I hope you're all good. Today was very hard and I just couldn't resist. If you get weak for a second that's enough. Starting all over while learning from my mistakes. I hope you do better than I did. I believe in all of you and I thank you for your support.

    I feel like absolute shit, even in 4 days I started to see some changes. Like a little more energy, people said that I have a deeper voice etc. Nofap is awesome. I really regret it.

    1 week here checking in, just stay outside all day and when u come home take a cold shower and drink alot water

    How is everyone today? Hope y'all doing good and fighting the good fight.
    One trick I developed recently was to imagine myself remote viewing a place i have been whenever I feel urges.
    Example I imagine walking out of my high school dormitory and walking around the school(My high school was huge).

    Yeah so its day 3 and all is well except that I feel tired like my energy levels are low and I cant get quality sleep.
    But I think I'll have to get worse in other to get better, so still going strong. To my fellow fapstronauts I say continue to fight the good fight.
