    Hi my name is Philipp I'm from Germany and I want to challenge myself with the nofap challenge for 90 days and maybe even longer. I wanna see what positive effects this challenge has on my life. I have regularly watched porn (every day to every other day) and felt stressed out and unmotivated lately. I think it is because of the massive consumption of porn so I wanna change it. I have recently informed myself about the benefits of the abstinence of porn and I hope it will change my life for the better.
