  1. You think failing is bad ?
What do you think the bill of not trying will look like ?

I give up on each word that doesn't follow my actions.
I give up on my actions that doesn't follow my words.
There is no winning if there is not the risk of failing.

    This is my self-improvement Journal.
I am starting it so I can look back and learn more or just be proud
of how much I made so far.

    How about pain and stress?
    Aren't they masters too?

  3. No. Pain is a reminder that you are not dead.
Stress is a bad ammount of pressure.

  5. So what I understand now is that I waste the first 3-4 hours of my day to stupid youtube videos.
My mind is blurred after and before the videos.
But my mood is good because of entertainment.
But is it worth it ? Is there a healthier alternative ?

    Yes, indeed. Sport and Meditation.

But what changed so far ?

Well I don't lie in my bed for hours.
    Which is pretty good.
I get up, brush my teeth and do my bed.
Well but after that 3-4 hours of videos.

So what is the conclusion ?

If I tend to waste my time till 12 AM then I will use my phone or laptop only for
    important things.
For music I will have a special rule. No endless repeat anymore.
When I use my phone or laptop I will decide first for what I will use it.
No Youtube videos before the work.

  6. So what is my experience after the first days. Sports does help me in the morning. I decided to do Sports every second day.
And every day between I am meditating to get my awareness up.
I read a good quote that helps me to keep my time in check at least a little.
"Dress like a CEO and work like a intern"
But I am still not starting work before 12 AM which bothers me kinda
