    Hello friends, I wanted to ask you for advice, I want to quit Fapping but I don't know how to handle my instinct, I was thinking in using apps to meet new people, or using Omegle to talk with girls, but I am only losing my time, what do you recommend (If I play video games I just can't concentrate and end up watching porn).
