    I'm starting this thread to keep track of progress with my goals, and to have others keep my accountable for keeping it going. I was keeping track of this stuff with an accountability partner, but she hasn't been getting back to me lately. Here is yesterday's progress:

    Got up at 10am

    Fitness: Not Done
    Night Hygeine: Done

    I will be adding musicianship, quitting smoking, and nofap goals as of today.
    I set a quit date for nofap (4/1/20), and I will be keeping track of my nofap days on this forum and on another.

    Hey man, I love when people focus on improving themselves! Just curious, did you struggle with alcohol addiction? And what do you consider 'fitness'?

    I have a fat list of things I intend to do fitness wise. I'll expand on that in my posts later. And yes I was a black out drunk. I woke up in the hospital new years day of 2020 and had to stop drinking entirely.
