  2. You can avoid wet dreams by doing these things:
    avoid sleeping on your belly,
    don't wear underwear,
    sleep after 4 hours after dinner
    don't drink water after dinner,
    do not see porn or have sexual triggers during the day,
    do some sport or work out more,
    sleep properly (8 hours and no more).

    Today I had my university lessons. I managed to take all the notes I could.
    After that, I felt a little tired and sad.
    I thought about it, and I realised I had a wet dream during the night.
    I also didn't work out for two weeks.
    I need to fight my laziness and start doing that.

    These quarantine days, combined with the winter mood, are really testing my endurance.
    But I won't fail, I'll keep fighting, keep pushing, I won't make porn and lust win so easily.

    I will exit this pandemic and this winter stronger than before, I know it.
    I. Just. Need. To. Fight!

    Have you gone out and started talking to any girls? At this point you got the benefits. It might be something to keep you engaged in quarantine outside of just school

    How often did you get wet dreams? I had 3 in last month and it really brings down my confidence and energy level. Eventually I end up M. How do I counter that? Looking for some help.

  6. Yeah, but my quarantine is a full one. I can't go out! University is closed, and everyone is at home! I'm in a red zone in Italy.

  7. I had two wet dreams in two days. My confidence and energy go to 0 for some days, then I return experiencing those benefits of NoFap.
    But I never masturbate after a wet dream. I just take a rest day, but I keep doing my habits.
    I'll talk about that now:

    Yesterday I went to bed pretty early, at 21 pm.
    I felt so tired and only wanted to sleep.
    I skipped my skincare for laziness.
    I slept too much, started having wet dreams and today I feel even more tired and unconcentrated than before.

    If it wasn't for quarantine, I would have gone out.
    Even online lessons are difficult to watch inside the home.
    I don't even have the motivation to wake up multiple hours before the lessons and having a morning routine.
    If you got some solutions, please tell me!

    Today I managed to wake up early and don't snooze thanks to a motivational alarm I put.
    I felt ten times better. I understood that I am in a flatline, hope it will pass.

    I can't get horny, no more morning woods, constant sadness and laziness.
    I don't have the energy to study and to complete my habits.
    Don't have the energy to work out or eat healthily.
    Don't have the energy to do something productive.

    And I know I can't fight it so much, it is my brain rebooting. It is a momentaneous phase.
    I just need to relax, these days will pass, and I will feel ten times better.

    If you have some tips for surviving flatlines, feel free to help me!

    And I don’t open any porn sites i blocked all models i sleep only for 4/5 hours really and I didn’t sport but tommorow i will do all

    Have you done 388 days with no relapse? Still hitting a flatline?

    either way, I’ve been in a flatline for the last 5 weeks so I might be able to give some tips.

    1. Never test to see if everything is working downstairs. Even though I’m flatlined and don’t get morning wood I’ve become super sensitive to triggers and can get really horny out of nowhere.

    2. if you have a test or an assignment that really must be done but you can’t focus, take some caffeine. I did this when I had extreme brain fog before a test and it helped a little.

    3. Trust that it will pass, as long as you continue your path of abstinence.

    4. it’s a scary time, physically and emotionally, but you have to control your mind and think rationally. For example, when I first entered this flatline, I thought, “I’ll never make it through this.” Sure haven’t made it through, however I’m 35 days past when the flatline started.

    5. Try to talk to family. In this time, I understand you are quarantined. Anyway, I have pretty rough social anxiety rn because of my flatline. I would recommend talking to people you are very close with.

    These are the best tips I can give, for the most part you have to just do your best one day at a time, not relapse, and let NoFap work over time. Good luck man.
     
  17. Thanks, I still have flatlined. I want to say that my current streak is a MO one, not a P one.

    I recently fell back into watching porn, like two weeks ago. My blockers got weak and I took advance of it.
    I will try not to do it again, but that's the main reason for this flatline.
    This streak is for semen retention, I have another streak only for porn.
    But I always thought it isn't a race, we decide when we consider ourselves beaten or not.

  18. Thanks for the suggestions, but have you really had a month of flatline? Maybe that's because of the addiction you accumulated.
    The brain is rebooting a lot. My first and ever flatline went on for a week, then it went away.
    Now I need to let it pass, can't fight it so much.

    I had a similar reaction to my caffeine addiction. I stopped drinking it and for a week I felt like a zombie.

    Yes, typically flatline length depends on severity and length of addiction. I PMO’ed somewhat frequently for 2-3 years, so I would expect I still have a month or two left of flatlining. I have had 7 days in between that were amazing but for the last 12 days straight I’ve felt like shit. It really just depends. How long did you PMO for?
