Don't know how old you or your sister are, or what kind of relationship you guys have, but usually straight honest talk works best. If your sister is younger than you, it's possible that she's never even thought that her brother could see her as a young woman, not just a family member. But when she realizes that it's how you see her, I believe she will start to cover herself up much more.

My experience is that honest straight talk is best bet.

I suggest you just tell your sister that she's making you feel little uncomfortable when she's prancing around half naked, and ask her to cover herself up a bit more. There's two ways this can go:

1. She understands your situation and makes an effort to make things as comfortable as possible for both of you. This is what happened with me and my 4 years older sister.

2. She uses shaming tactics and tries to make you feel sick bastard who gets aroused from her own sister. If she takes this road, just say FUCK THAT! The fact is that if you swing a pair of great titties in front of teenage boy, he will get aroused. Family or not. It's nothing to be ashamed of and believe you me, it's completely normal thing to be aroused of.

If you have open and trustworthy relationship with your sister and parents and you guys can have an open conversation, this should be quite easy thing to talk about.
PS. If your dad have sisters, just ask him whether he did get aroused by his sisters titties or not in that age? He either says "Yes", or he's lying...

Prodigal, I would say that you need to have more female friends in your life. Knowing women out of a sexual context allows you to familiarise yourself with them as humans. When thoughts about incest with family members come just think about how you love them as a person and how angry you would get if someone upset them. Lastly I have to say their has to be a spiritual element involved in this struggle with pmo. I tried nofap before just being strong willed and doing it in my own strength and I relapsed. When I involved God in the situation and I atarted spending time in prayer and just being close to God the urges are not that strong.

In these circumstances I'd probably also talk to my mother, if talking straight to said sister is out of the question. I don't know exactly your family dynamics, but in my experience, these things are pretty usual things inside family, and actually nothing to be ashamed of. Of course they are little bit embarrassing to talk about, but give it a try. I believe your mom understands you completely, and bringing up this kind of private subject, can actually make you two closer to one another.
