Need some tips

    Ok so after an 11 days streak i relapsed
    Even tho 11 days is not that good it is still a big step for me so now i need some tips
    On what to do to avoid relapsing again any new habits i can adapt to you know somethings like that any help please ??

    My best was 22 days,
    And at that streak I was busy. That's the only difference imo. Now when I stay home most of the time and have no purpose in general it's much harder to get over even 1 week...
     
  3. Get new habits to replace the bad ones, know when and where you are at risk of lapsing, don't have 'just a little look/touch'.
    Also, this thread probably should not be here under 'Self Improvement'..
