8 day reboot! second part! Thank you guys for our team. For our goal, a common goal! Thank everyone for their efforts! I think these efforts are bearing fruit for each of us! Today I felt that my body became a little stronger. Slowly, signs of life appear in the lower body. I also continue to exercise during the day. I read books in the evening. Establishing new habits for the brain! Thanks for the strong team!
4 days done on part 2 feeling good, i've got holidays so im less busy but im not allowing myself time to get bored and experience temptations.
Thats great that its getting easier but be warned that is when i would always slip up the most, when it starts getting easier at the 2 weeks point because i'd let my gaurd down and go to far. Keep vigilant and you will complete your streak. We aren't better than you we just stopped earlier. You can keep your streak up just as long if not longer than i can so keep going! (of course you wont catch up because im not failing again but i hope you dont want that XD)

Hello. I am starting my reboot. From 10.45 pm 28 September. I am hoping by end of the year I will be 100 days!. I have never reached past 15 days. Will be difficult challenge. But I believe I can do it.

Don't worry my big brother, at initially days it usually happen but I will say that just remain for a week or two week you will see so much changes and you will get so much strength and will power, a real strong desire will come through your body and you will never relapsed. Day 4 / Day 12 I feel joyfully as I am not the last one or at least a backbenchers are there . I am so happy today as there are no urges, no intention to watch porn and masturbute but I will always remain vigilant and strong beast, but there is one thing without this all my big brothers and this community I can't reach this conditions , so thank you everyone... ( hey I have some personal problem but @lampt7392 he say to make private conversation , how may I supposed to that as I am 18yr old newbie here??? )

39 day reboot! Thank you guys that you are! This is such a gift in life! A gift that you can change your life for the better! Today I realized why P. gives so much false joy. This is the simplest Coolidge effect. Constant new pictures, new characters. It stimulates the most ancient part of the brain that gets joy out of it. But we pay nothing for this. We don't put in effort. Now I understand that I need to make more efforts in my life to achieve joy. You need to act and achieve goals, then I think there will be more happiness in life!
