  1. Hello everybody!
I'm a 23 years old student. My English may be weird sometimes, sorry for that. So, I've discovered NoFap few years ago, lurking times to times but never posting. It help me so much improving my life, even find purpose in some long terms goals. I've progressed in every areas of my life, wealth, studies, sport, health, social skills etc.. due to NoFap. So first of all, thank you very much for all of this : your community is amazing and very helpfull. But what's making me join the Forum is a lot much problematic ... I lowered my guard and start binging again few months ago because of an accident. But this time, the binge was so hard that the porn addiction has evolved in a much destructive behavior, it was not involving porn anymore but findom... I know it seems absurd but I spend thousands and thousands on findomme or even random girls. For now, all of my progress are destroyed and my mind is so fucked up that I can't even have normal relationships. It even affect relationships with my friends, but to be honest, what's making me really depressed is that I've had spend all of my savings that I worked very hard for after class. (Of course I'm also a zombie because of PMOing so much). So here I am, quitting this cold turkey and looking to become active on this forum in order to help each other. Sorry for theses bad vibes because I'm quite low for now but be sure I'm here to fight with you ;)

PS : Don't hesitate to share your personnal experiences and also ask for help I you need to! I've few tips that can be helpful since I've achieved long strikes in the past

I'm quitting findom too man, it's tough. Especially because the dommes know about the psychology behind it and torment you and convince you that you'll never quit. But yea anyways, toss it out, get rid of it. It's literally the devil and will ruin any relationship you have with a girlfriend/wife in time. I'm with you brother, 2 weeks NoFap right now! Feeling good. After the first 10 days I have less inclination to do it, so getting started is the hardest part. You got this.

  4. Heyyy welcome to the NoFap forum : ) It's nice to see you here fighting the good fight alongside us!

    Here is just some advice:

First and foremost please take a look at each section in the forum, there might be something(s) you may find of big help to you. Feel free to post there :+)

Then secondly I just strongly advise you to be active on your profile(as there quite a few active people in the profile section). Please start by choosing an avatar and then make daily status posts to show you're active and needing support/encouragement. They've also got a neat little feature that shows freshly posted statuses for all users to see. People will find your profile and give you encouragement/support.

People (are beginning to) love communicating in the profile section..(it should be and is )mostly spportive talk but it doesn't hurt to deviate from supportive talk. It would be great to have you join in and support others in the threads, profiles, and journal, we could always use your help and in return you shall receive some as well!

Thirdly, You should also highly consider creating a public journal and write about your days in more depth for us members to follow along your journey and offer support to you by way of posting in your journal.

Last but not least: Good luck on your journey here, make sure to really give it a try with all your heart!
