New to forum 27 have had PIED since I was 20

Hey guys
I’ve basically joined this forum because I don’t know what else to do. I started watching porn when I was a teenager and then started doing drugs and masturbating to porn. I got PIED when I was 20 and have not had a normal erection since then. I can get aroussed when taking gas station boner pills or prescribed pills but I am not turned on (erection starts in the brain) I no longer do drugs or drink and work our regularly. I masturbated today but want to take this Nofap and reboot seriously. My friend hit me with some tough truth yesterday ... he said if you don’t stop this your gonna be 40 years old and all alone no women is gonna be with someone whose dick won’t get hard. I am very depressed and feel powerless. I have had my levels and chemicals checked doctor says it’s all psychological . I am angry and depressed because I feel like why I was doing drugs and masturbating or seeing hookers my life passed me by. I am alone cold and bitter all the time. I have some fetishes that may make this more complicated ... I hate having an addictive personality but most of all I hate my life and what it has amounted to. I am 27 I want to get married one day my parents want grandkids one day I hurt all over knowing I can do it right now. It’s been 7 years of this ... is there hope or am I too far gone.
