New to nofap.. I can do this

    Hello, just want to say why I'm here.. I discovered nofap a couple of years ago and didn't think too much of it. I began a streak just a little over a month ago for 34 days!! This was a big achievement for me as I used to pmo as much as 7/8 times a day.. I was very low, depressed and low in confidence. While on this streak I never felt as good in a very long time but unfortunately i relapsed this morning but I know I can beat this and get over the addiction because I want to feel on top of the world again and for the rest of my Life... so let's do it!!!
