Day 12 on the streak, 8 days into 2024. Situation: stable. Wild sexual P. Associated dreams and light starting urges.
I'm doing well and feel like i can run through a brick wall right now. If i get any urges, i just simply ignore them and try to keep myself busy to distract myself from those negative thoughts. If those urges become too strong, it's time to take action. It's time to choke the chicken lol (this is like my emergency escape plan). That's better than relapsing by watching P or seeing an escort. Following this formula made this 1st week feel like a breeze and it went by so dang quickly. We were just counting down the days to 2024 now week 1 is already in the books! Let's gooooo
