    The Rule:     NO PORN

    Explicit images (for example on instagram), cam girls and looking up escorts also fall into definition of Porn. Unintentional viewing does not, such as a friend sending you porn material or it popping up. But you choosing to intentionally keep looking at the porn material to satisfy your cravings is a relapse.

    Sexual intercourse with partner and MO is allowed (MO can be used as a way to relieve cravings). Though any kind of escorts are not allowed and is a relapse.

    * 0 Strikes. Update your progress atleast once a month.

    Failed this year's challenge after making it to almost 7 months which feels like an eternity to a corn addict. My dumb**s just had to go on social media to 'check messages' knowing damn well these hoes ain't saying sh*t important that i cannot do without. If i can avoid making silly decisions like that as well as putting together a solid plan of action for the days when those urges come (trust me they will), i should be in good shape. Also anyone starting early is smart, that's what i did in December 2022 and that preparation and momentum can carry us a long way. @master3
