NoFap Nutrition question

    Hi to all!

    I'm on my 14th day of no pmo trying to cure my ED (the idea is to reach 90 days)... and i was wondering if there is some specific food or any supplements that can help me with my recovery (not to make it faster, just to make it better)

    My advice would be to try to eat a balanced diet, plenty of fresh whole foods including fruits and vegetables. Think colorful meals, lol.

    If you have some anxiety, try taking B vitamins. Fish oil may also be useful for its role in assisting in reducing inflammation and heart health.
