day 1 completed again. Today, I am on day 2. After the streak for 6 days, the chaser effect lasted for more than a weak. I am hoping that I will do better in the next month.

today I am on day 3 of nopmo.
It has been one month on this website. In this one month, 14 days was without Pmo and on the rest of the days I have done Pmo. So, the conclusion is that the more days one abstain from pmo one feels less guilty and a sense of responsibility comes in the mind and a day will come when one has to marry someone. So to satisfy ones partner one should follow a hard mode and a very healthy lifestyle. I thinks a year without pmo can be helpful. Thanks.
