One thing i realized after recognizing I was a porn addict was how much sexual content is out there, TV Series, Movies, Social Media, YouTube etc. Seeing a movie with a sex scene is not a relapse. But it could hurt your progress, its good to get as much sexually stimulating media out of your life as possible. You will not be able to filter all, but make a conscious attempt to remove it where possible. The last thing you need is any media that can be used as a substitute for porn. Remember you are trying to disconnect your sexuality from sexual media in general. e.g. Looking at sexy IG models is basically the same as watching porn, I believe if you MO to that type of stuff the effects are basically the same as Porn.

This journey is that much harder with all the temptation that exist. Knowing what to avoid is a big part of this Journey. Good luck with your recovery bro and remember to always be vigilant.

I say skip it for the beginning, and once u can control it, u need to learn to face it. Not Fapping should be THE NEW ORIGINAL, right?
Its not about the days that go by, but about how we change our normal to be NoFap.

  6. Skip past that shit as soon as you see it or look away. If you keep watching, you are jeopardizing your reboot.

@thinking_differently is right. There will be a time when you are responsible enough to see that kind of stuff and not get triggered. But in the early phases of reboot, it's best to play it on the safe side

As long as viewing this scene wasn't intentional then I wouldn't consider it a relapse. Just be careful before watching movies and try to look at the ratings to see if there is a possible sex scene or anything that could potentially affect your goals. That way you'll atleast be prepared for certain explicit scenes.

Like the other guys said, skip past that shit and move on with life. Not a relapse as a I said before so don't sweat it.
