Ok, I started a couple days ago, and I want April to be my first month without messing with PMO. I'm not married so it's Hard Mode for me. I believe God has a better life planned for me without wasting my time and mind on my lust. The feeling after MO is something I can live without.

I'm in. First time in my life I will say no to masturbating and porn. I will make love to my wife though.

 

My goal for the month is no PMO.

Why? I hate the idea of going back to my life of watching porn again as I value the freedom I have without it in my life. I don't want to lose that freedom. I don't want to go back to being ashamed-- I want to make myself proud; to walk around and feel proud of myself. It is not part of the life I want to create for myself.

 

I am in. I am never watching porn again, ever, as in...never. I am never PMOing again, because that involves the the thing I am NEVER doing again. I am going until the pump in the middle of my chest quits, and thereafter forever. I am doing it for my wife, whom I love, because it hurt her, and hurting her is not more important than the momentary high I get from porn.
