    In one sense we're battling the same thing - PMO addiction in it's various forms - but in another way, we each have our unique world that we're inhabiting, if that makes sense.

    One thing to hold onto is that it takes time for our brain & body chemistry to adapt & you're going to be feeling pretty strange for a while. It feels flippant to say "hang in there" but that's a big part of it right now. I'm gonna check if you have a journal already, but if you don't, maybe think about starting one here & pour your thoughts, experiences & feelings into it - you'll gain a lot of strength from that process & from those who gather around in support.

    More power to you man. You mind & body is built to return to it's "normal" state - it's just gonna take time.
