I'm a new user to this site or should I say concept. I'm having very hard time controlling urge to watch porn even though its just been a week since i stopped. Today I was gonna watch some porn but rather I opened this website and clicked the panic button, this is a very shitty button it dose not work most of times but it worked and a small post popped on my screen saying that motivation is horseshit (am not sure which animal faeces was mentioned ) it will never help you, one should have discipline in life then controlling urges wont be so difficult. This suddenly made me realise how stupid an urge is and i'm continuing to stop pornography one day at a time
