P.M.O Free - Rest of 2016

    I just wrote this goal down on paper.

    From this day, there are 40 days remaining in the year. I will enter 2017 with a 40 day streak.

    - Read this goal out loud in the morning and before bed

    - Read

    The number 40 is significant in Judaism and Christianity.

    The Israelites spent 40 years in the wilderness, and there are 40 days of the Great Fast.

    You give the number 40 your own significance now.

    Got it moving so far, I read that piece of paper I wrote every morning when I wake up and every night before I sleep. Building strength and desire to win and to change. :D

    going on 6. I feel like a beast. I'm getting super powers already some how. today a few girls waved at me at the mall. dudes get out of my way when I walk. I have a lot of confidence and energy. I'm more aggressive and wittier. I feel like I possess a radiant energy. my balls really hurt today. excruciating pain actually. I've heard of the phenomena, but in the 2 years I've been here it hasn't really happened to me. I feel a massive amount of sexual energy, seems to be below the belt right now. need to transmute it now and stay focused to continue to reap the benefits. this is just the beginning
     
  7. I'm in with you man :) For me it will be 58 days when everyone starts going to the gym and most of them will last a week at best, lol. Wish you much strength for every moment during this week onwards <3

    Day 7.

    feeling a bit off today. a bit uninspired, lacking overall energy in general. had a slight urge to pmo, but this was not because I was horny. it was actually cus I was feeling off. I recognized the feeling, and kept myself busy. gonna take a nap, watch some bball and regroup. tomorrow will be better. happy that I've made it to 7 days so far.

    The worst symptom of this addiction is that we compulsively look at porn and fap, even when not horny.

    (Being horny is almost an understandable reason for PMO, but that is not an excuse.)

    We use it for escape and to somehow feel "normal"--or rather, what we've been conditioned to think is normal.

    It is great to see that you found ways to get through Day 7!

    day 9. i had some urges to watch p today. was kinda in a bad mood for a bit, felt a bit anxious for no apparent reason. i pushed thru it, i feel good about it now. i kept thinking about my goal that i wrote, and read everyday. im glad i made it thru. the rest of the day was nice. i had a good day at work, flirted quite a bit with a really attractive co-worker. she seemed drawn to me. i know if i had relapsed, that wouldnt have been the case and i wouldnt have enjoyed the rest of the day as much.

    tmr is day 10. my last biggest streak in a while is 9, so im making progress. gonna close out nov strong.

    @Ip123 bro I am with you! I'm so happy I've found this blog I need to attach myself to this. I recently had 38 days of success however I was I'm a different environment of travelling but since I came back I struggled and it's different being isolated, more time on your hands and being a serious procrastinator porn is often my vice. But I had a week of relapses and knew I had to try again.

    I have the same goal and from the same day noticing it would take up to end of the year! I've had serious temptations the last couple of days and feel I'm going down the rabbit hole fighting against a never ending current. Finding this blog I'm hoping will instill stronger fight and motivation in me letting me get over this mini difficult spell and not give in - we shall see.

    Congrats on getting to 10 days I hope I can help in some way and feel free to bounce anything of me I look forward to seeing your blog posts and that you are beating the addiction one day at a time.

    I'm doing well. I'm at day 12. I feel great! I'm happier, more energetic, confident, funnier lol. I wouldn't even call it super powers. I think it's just me being able to be me. I'm determined to keep going.

    Mediating is probably the worst... Anything that makes me think is bad. I don't want alone time, constantly being with people.

    i strongly disagree. i think youre missing the point of meditating. theres many ways to do it... visualization being one, where you visualize desired goals, and outcomes in your life as if theyve already happened. then theres the type where you focus on your breathing, lettting thoughts come and go. being objective and honest with yourself. i feel like you should look into it more as it could help you like its helped many people on this journey.
