Pain in groin.

    I’ve been PMO’less for two weeks today. Woken up, went to the bathroom, since I’ve been back I’ve had a not insignificant pain in the privates. Anyone else experienced such a thing around this point?

    I had a kidney stone in my first week or two but not from nofap. It was from high oxlates in my diet and my calcium supplement. I changed my diet to low-oxalate and no calcium supplements and haven't had it since then. I thought I had something this morning but I think it was constipation. Felt similar but I don't see how it could be.

    I had a right groin pain, after 6 months in 'hard mode'. Orgasm did elevate the pain, but now I'm back in vicious binge compulsive PMO circle. So choose your poison carefully.
