Pain in Testicles

Some people say wash testicles with warm water... Or you can masturbate if problem are uncontrollable. I think next time the pain wouldn't come up in 7-8. I personally believe the testes adapts to rate of formation of semen if you don't masturbate often it won't produce semen at fast rate. I too get pain in my groin after 5,6 days of abstaining. Today I masturbated after 7 days, now pain has gone. One thing you can do is not to edge or sexual fantasize, this will delay blue balls.

 

Ibuprofen helps. It will pass in a day or 2.

That's one of the reasons i think about relapsing because it is so hard to handle the pain.
Second and the worst is Insomnia.
