This seems extreme—it's a wristband that 'helps' you electrocute yourself whenever you lapse (into whatever habit you are trying to train yourself out of).

I know some folk here use the rubber band method to give themselves a sharp reminder when their thoughts stray to unwanted places, this seems like a technical (and scary!) extension of that idea.
