I would consider that a relapse.. I'm sorry bro. I know it was in person on the phone but that is still masturbation... Don't sell yourself short. I mean it's up to you
 
it depends on what your goals are. if you are trying to avoid porn and masturbation and orgasm then yes you relapsed. if you are just trying to avoid porn then no you didnt relapse.
 
Your question itself has an answer. If you feel that what you did is not wrong, then you wouldn't question whether its a relapse or not.

It is a relapse unfortunately.

I would say that masturbating to phone sex is imagination or fantasy or whatever. Actually, watching porn has visual stimulus but erotic literature or phone sex have no visual stimulus. So, phone sex/erotic literature are definitely considered a relapse.

Maybe I wrote it wrong. It was more Cyber Sex over the phone. Nevertheless I should consider it as a reset/relapse. More of a reset actually cause I'm not returning back to my old habits. Hell no!!
